Guest Post: Twenty First Century Gent

Hi, I'm Ben (AKA The Gentleman), founder and editor of Twenty First Century Gent. I hope you enjoy my guest post and if you want to see more of my blog you can check it out here. You can also find me on Twitter and Instagram for more regular updates.

I am a huge fan of sartorial style and my recent Savile Row collaboration certainly spurred me on to step up my game. Nothing makes a statement in the City more than a sharp three-piece suit and this slim fit effort from Marks and Spencer is no exception.

As well as being extremely durable and water resistant (proven beyond doubt when I walked through a fountain) this suit certainly looks the part. Bold blue colours are accentuated by crisp lines and the fabric feels accommodating yet high-quality. Whether you choose to run to that bus or swagger to that taxi, this suit is perfect for almost any situation.

Of course, as an avid shoe fan, no suit would be complete without a suitable pair of brogues. For me, footwear is king and this pair of tan leather brogues, also from Marks and Spencer complement the blue suit perfectly.
