Last week I posted the first part of my Greece lookbook, and I promised that this week I would post part two. Well for once I have actually managed to stick to my word when it comes to posting, so sink your teeth into even more summery style…
I like to be cool and casual for the beach, especially if it’s the kind of day where you also spend time mooching around town. I opted for an H&M t-shirt, of which I go for the cheap slim-fit ones, they’re super breathable and fit really nice too. The shorts I featured in my last post, they’re a skinny fit denim short from BoohooMan, which I have been impressed with as they’re really good quality!
Footwear-wise I chucked on my holiday staple, my Adidas X Pharrell Williams HU sneakers, which are hands down the most comfortable footwear I own!
Sometimes I just don’t fancy getting a shirt on and looking smarter when I go for dinner, I want something a bit more casual but yet still giving the impression that I care about my appearance….imagine that.
I went for my new River Island dark green and black striped tee with gold embroidery on the front. It was a slight mistake as it is a heavier material so I ended up a sweaty mess in the 30+ degrees heat…you live and learn, kids!
I went for lighter denim so the outfit wasn’t super dark, these are from Topman and have a simple side tape design. ASOS currently have loads of awesome side-tape shorts that’ll be perfect for your holiday! Click here to shop. I added a pop of colour with some red Nike Air sneakers.
Stripes all night
So if you haven’t noticed, the theme this summer really was stripes, this shirt is actually from last summer’s collection at Topman, but it is so light and really good quality that it made it into my suitcase for a second year running. It’s perfect for those hot evenings where there’s no breeze - I am also loving the revere collar shirts for the summer. Shop the best revere shirts here.
I wore the same BoohooMAN shorts as the first look in this lookbook, which really shows how versatile they are as they are great for day or evening looks. We’d been exploring so my feet were pretty busted, so I opted for my trusty Adidas HU sneakers which are literally like slippers.
